ITRADE Innovation Network · Events
Where STEM leaders build together.
In-person roundtables, virtual workshops, and deep-work sessions across Security, Technology, Talent, and Wellness — in every circle city.
The OT Threat Roundtable: When Your Network Becomes the Attack Surface
State-sponsored actors have stopped using malware. Living-off-the-land techniques now account for the majority of critical infrastructure intrusions. This roundtable is not a briefing — it's a working session. You leave with a detection gap analysis for your OT environment.
Breaking Out of Pilot Purgatory: How to Actually Scale Your Digital Transformation
68% of manufacturers have active DX programs. Fewer than 30% scale past the first pilot. This session is for the operations and technology leaders who are done watching their transformation stall. We identify the three architecture decisions that determine whether you scale or stay stuck.
The Readiness Pipeline: Why the Cybersecurity Workforce Gap Is a Hiring Process Problem
4.8 million unfilled cybersecurity roles globally. The talent exists. The pipeline is broken. This workshop is for HR, operations, and CISO-level leaders who are done writing unicorn job descriptions and want to build a pipeline that actually works.
The Executive Performance Protocol: Biohacking for Leaders Who Build Systems for a Living
The same data-first, iterate-always discipline that fixes stalled industrial transformations is the exact framework serious biohackers use to optimize their own performance. This session is for the leaders who are building hard things and need their biology to keep up.
The Governance Stack: Building OT/ICS Security Programs That Survive Leadership Turnover
Most OT security programs live in one person's head. When that person leaves, the program leaves with them. This workshop is for security leaders who want to build governance that is institutional — not individual.
We exist because the market built a system that profits from fragmentation. It separated talent from technology. Technology from security. Security from the people who have to sustain it. And it called that separation "best practice."
We exist because professionals inside STEM are technically capable and professionally isolated — no community, no pathway, no peer who sees the whole picture.
We exist because the organizations we serve deserve a partner designed for the world as it actually is — where AI, cybersecurity, and workforce demands converge faster than any fragmented vendor model can respond.
The ITRADE Innovation Network is the community infrastructure that the market never built. It is not a networking group. It is not a lead generation vehicle. It is not a membership program engineered to make leaving feel costly. It is a movement. And this is its constitution.
Article I
The Founding Test
Every circle, every event, every program, every engagement must pass this single test:
"The difference between building and extracting is whether the belonging survives without the transaction."
If the community only exists when there is a deal on the table — it is extraction. If it survives without one — it is belonging. The Network builds belonging. Always.
Article II
The Four Pillars
Every circle programs across all four pillars. No circle is single-topic. The holographic principle requires the whole to be present in every part.
Security
The Governance Stack™ — OT/ICS cybersecurity, threat intelligence, compliance and frameworks, risk posture, zero trust architecture, incident response. The security layer that makes everything else trustworthy.
Technology
The Integration Sequence™ — Digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IT/OT convergence, industrial AI, IIoT, systems architecture, automation with auditability. The technology layer that makes everything else possible.
Talent
The Readiness Pipeline™ — STEM workforce development, recruiting and retention, career reinvention, apprenticeship pathways, thought leadership, skills development. The talent layer that makes everything else sustainable.
Wellness
ITRADE Biohacks — Biohacking, longevity, performance optimization, science-backed wellness protocols. The wellness layer that makes everything else human.
The holographic principle: Every pillar informs every other. The right talent strengthens technology posture. Stronger technology reduces security exposure. Better security posture shapes who you can hire and what contracts you can win. Wellness sustains the people who operate the system. The loop compounds — but only if someone architected it.
Article III
The Circle Structure
The Network is organized into self-governing city circles. Each circle is a complete hologram of the whole — the same DNA, the same pillars, the same founding test — locally rooted and self-governing.
3.1Circle Roles
Each circle operates through defined roles. Within their role, members have full authority to act without permission.
Lead Link
Holds the circle's accountability to the whole Network. Owns the circle's health, growth, and alignment with this constitution. For founding circles, the Lead Link is nominated by the national governance. After the first year, elected by members.
Rep Link
Carries the circle's voice into national governance. Attends quarterly Network governance sessions. Surfaces tensions from the local circle to the whole. Elected by the circle's members.
Security Steward
Owns Security programming for the circle. Books speakers, runs roundtables, curates local threat intelligence relevant to the circle's key verticals. Full authority within this domain.
Technology Steward
Owns Technology programming. Runs architecture sessions, digital transformation panels, and IT/OT convergence events. Connects local technology leaders to the Innovation Compass podcast pipeline.
Talent Steward
Owns Talent programming. Runs hiring panels, career reinvention workshops, and apprenticeship pathway events. Feeds local talent intelligence into the ITRADE Dispatch.
Owns itradeevents.com for the circle's city. Manages the local event calendar, venue relationships, and post-event content capture. Every event becomes content.
Dispatch Correspondent
Feeds local intelligence into the national ITRADE Dispatch. One signal per week from the circle's city — a threat development, a workforce trend, a technology deployment, a wellness insight.
3.2Role Eligibility
Any member in good standing may hold a role. Roles are held for 12-month terms, renewable by circle election. No member may hold more than two roles simultaneously.
3.3Role Vacancies
If a role is vacant, the Lead Link temporarily holds that role's authority until a new role-holder is elected or appointed.
Article IV
Membership
The ITRADE Innovation Network is for STEM leaders, practitioners, executives, early-career professionals, and allies who are building — not extracting. Sector focus: space and aerospace, technology, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial OT.
Community Member
Free · Always
Access to Network events, the ITRADE Dispatch, and the Innovation Compass podcast community. No fee. Belonging is free.
Circle Member
Active Participant
Active participant in a local circle. Eligible to hold circle roles, vote in circle elections, and attend national governance sessions as an observer. Circle membership may include a modest annual contribution to fund local programming — never to exceed a level that creates a barrier to belonging.
Network Steward
Senior Leaders
Senior leaders and executives who sponsor a circle's programming, host events, or contribute materially to the Network's mission. Recognized publicly. Never granted authority over governance.
4.3 The Anti-Extraction Clause
No circle may gate community access behind a commercial transaction. Membership tiers exist to fund programming — not to manufacture the fear of being left out.
Article V
Governance
5.1 The Tension Process
The Network evolves through tensions. A tension is a gap between what is and what could be — sensed by any member, surfaced through a defined process.
01
Member identifies a tension and names it clearly in writing.
02
Tension is brought to the circle's next governance meeting.
03
Circle processes the tension using integrative decision-making — the proposal passes unless someone can show it causes clear harm. "I don't like it" is not an objection. "It violates the constitution" is.
04
Governance change is recorded and made visible to all circles within 7 days.
05
Rep Link carries material changes to the quarterly national governance session.
5.5 The Founder's Role
Bianca Diosdado, as founder of ITRADE Innovations and architect of the Network, holds a permanent advisory role in national governance. She has no veto. She has no override. She is the architect of the system — not the operator of every node. The Network is designed to function and grow without her direct involvement in any circle.
Article VI
The Holographic Principle
The Network is holographic. Every fragment contains the complete image.
Every circle contains all four pillars — never fewer. Every event touches at least two pillars — never one. Every member is welcomed as a whole person — not a function or a title.
The ITRADE Dispatch connects every circle — no circle operates in isolation. The Innovation Compass podcast draws guests from every circle — every city's voice reaches the national stage. If a circle cannot sustain all four pillars, it has not yet built sufficient membership to spin up.
Article VII
The Scale Protocol
New circles are nominated by existing members — not created top-down. Any member of an existing circle may nominate a new city. Nominations require at least 5 prospective members in the nominated city, a willing Lead Link candidate, ratification of this constitution by the prospective Lead Link, and approval by a simple majority of existing Rep Links at a national governance session.
After 12 months of operation, a circle is considered established and operates fully independently within the bounds of this constitution.
The Network was built because the market fragments what should be whole. We will not replicate that pattern inside our own community.
No circle competes with another for members. No pillar is elevated above others. No tier of membership is treated as more belonging than another. No governance decision is made without transparency. No leader carries the weight alone.
We close the seams. Inside the Network first. Then in every organization we touch.
